The Claws for Caddo Crawfish Boil and Cajun Sausage is the first of a planned annual event to raise awareness and to raise funds for the Valley of the Caddo Museum and Cultural Center located at 1115 Bonham Street, Paris, TX. The Caddo Museum is a non-profit organization operated by volunteers that offers educational exhibits and workshops for all ages.
